Settling In

Well we have moved in and are in the process of finding our feet. Just scouting around for nearby shops, bus routes, etc can be a task and a half with a 2 year old daughter in tow. But we are getting there slowly.
We have unpacked on the whole and are just waiting for the rest of our belongings to come from China. Some of the store is still boxed up but with the recent sale, at least it gave me the incentive to get motivated to find the goods to send them out.
I look forward to catching up with those located in Melbourne.

Moving is horrible, I do it next week, though for me it’s only five minutes away… bit easier than your move
I go to Melbourne occasionally. My brother is in Forest Hill.
Glad the move went smoothly.
DH is going to be in Melbourne in September, I wish I could go with him and catch up with some of you people who live down there, but alas Emma still needs to go to school that week!
I hate moving, especially between countries! Did that once and hopefully never again!!! Unless of course we win the lottery and someone else will pay for it and pack it for me!!!
